International Adoption Consultation:

Families are welcome to contact me about their international adoption referrals. I first began reviewing referrals in the early 1990s and have reviewed hundreds of files of children over the years, from countries all around the world. If you would like me to perform a pre-adoption medical evaluation, please contact me by phone or email. My goal is to provide a turn-around time of 24 to 48 hours. 

The review process:

Families will email me whatever information they have relating to their referral. Very often this information includes medical records, social information, photographs and videos.  I will review these records in detail and we will arrange a phone call so that I may review my impressions about the child. I do not provide written evaluation. We will discuss what further information would be helpful in order that the family may make an informed decision about adoption. This phone call typically takes 30 minutes.  I charge $400.00 for the consultation. Consultation from overseas is also available.  I look forward to helping you on this journey!
